Hi! I'm a dance teacher based in Colorado with an online and in-person program called Efficient Follow. I currently teach weekly classes with teach and co-direct at the Denver School of Social Dance and am available for weekend workshops in your city!
I love spreading the joy of Brazilian Zouk Lambada. Not only is social dance a wonderful way to connect with others, it can also be a container for the practice of relating authentically, expressing boundaries and asking for consent. I believe in making the dance floor a safe space for every body!
